TKANA × Amare: A More Connected Approach to Holiday Home Management
Holiday home management has two distinct audiences. Owners want visibility, clarity and quick access to their team. Guests want fast answers, booking support and help whenever they need it. Managing both well requires more than a generic chatbot.
Amare has partnered with TKANA, a Riyadh-based AI platform specialising in configurable WhatsApp agents and customer-service workflows, to develop a more connected approach around the needs of a holiday home operator.

Two audiences. Two intelligent experiences.
For owners, the goal is to organise enquiries, identify the nature of a request and direct it to the appropriate member of the team. For guests, the focus is reservation assistance, property information, arrival support and timely escalation when someone needs personal help.
An AI agent trained around real operations
TKANA can be configured around different languages, tone of voice, frequently asked questions and workflows. In Amare’s use case, separate guest- and owner-facing agents are designed to identify whether a conversation relates to a prospective owner, a guest, a service provider or an existing support matter.
The system can recognise signals of urgency or dissatisfaction and notify a team member to take over. That is particularly important when an enquiry is time-sensitive or the person needs more than a standard answer.
From conversation to coordinated workflow
The wider setup brings conversations, lead pipelines and marketing information into a more consolidated view. The objective is to make follow-up easier for the team and reduce the friction between an advertising enquiry, a conversation and the next operational action.
Through its integration with Hostaway, TKANA can support availability enquiries and suggest relevant alternatives when a preferred property is unavailable. This connects conversational assistance to a live property-management workflow rather than leaving the guest to search again manually.
The connection to Amare’s portals
Amare’s first-phase Owner Portal is already live, bringing property information and communication into one place. It includes an integrated support route. More advanced AI-powered questions and natural-language performance summaries are in development.
This creates a longer-term direction: clearer information for owners, more responsive guest interactions and a joined-up operational view for the team.
Technology-led. People-first.
The value of AI is not simply the number of messages it can answer. It is whether owners receive clearer information, guests receive reliable assistance and the team can focus on service quality. That is the standard behind Amare’s approach.
