The Technology Behind Smarter Holiday Home Management
A successful holiday home listing depends on dozens of decisions that guests rarely see: availability must be accurate, rates need to respond to demand, communication must stay consistent and owners need understandable reporting. These are not separate tasks. They are part of one operating system.

One property, multiple booking channels
Amare uses Hostaway as its preferred property-management and channel-management platform. It helps coordinate property availability and distribution across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Amare’s own direct-booking website.
A centralised management system reduces the need to update every channel independently and gives the team a clearer view of reservations and day-to-day booking activity.
Pricing needs both data and judgement
Dubai’s short-let market changes by season, local events, booking patterns, location and individual property features. Amare uses PriceLabs to inform dynamic pricing decisions, while the team reviews market conditions and property-specific circumstances. An algorithm is useful; local knowledge remains essential.
Communication should connect to operations
Booking information alone is not enough. Guests may request earlier arrival, a nearby alternative or assistance during a stay. Our work with TKANA connects communication workflows with the information held in the property-management environment, helping relevant team members respond with context.
Why this matters to owners
Good technology should result in clearer processes: an accurate calendar, responsive pricing, well-managed guest interactions and reporting that is easy to understand. It cannot promise a particular occupancy or revenue outcome, but it helps the team manage a complex service with greater consistency.
