Amare Holiday Homes is a Dubai-based operator with one idea at its core: a short stay should feel like borrowing a great apartment from someone who cares about it — not like checking into inventory.

So we stay deliberately small and deliberately close. Our collection of 19 apartments spans four neighbourhoods we know street by street — District One, Za’abeel, Sobha Hartland and Business Bay — and every home is set up, priced, cleaned and hosted by our own team, end to end.

Guests book direct at 3–5% below OTA prices, message a real person on WhatsApp, and check in with a code — no lockbox hunts, no call centres. Owners get the same directness: one statement, one transfer, one team accountable for both.
