FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions.
Who can earn a referral commission?+
Under the current programme, commissions are paid against a valid tax invoice from a licensed real estate brokerage.
When is the commission paid?+
Once the owner has signed a management agreement, the required documentation is complete and verified, and the property is live under Amare’s management. Payment is made in the month the property goes live.
Is the commission recurring?+
No. This is a one-time commission per eligible property, not a monthly payment or percentage of rental revenue.
What if another agent has already referred the owner?+
The first introduction recorded in writing by Amare determines eligibility.
Can I refer villas or townhouses?+
Yes. These commissions start from AED 10,000, with the exact amount agreed before the introduction based on the property’s characteristics.
Is this the same as a leasing commission?+
No. The referral commission is separate from any applicable leasing commission.
Referral Programme Terms
Referral commissions are payable once per eligible property to the first recorded introducer. Payment is conditional on execution of the management agreement, verification of owner and property documentation, and successful activation of the property under Amare management. Payment is made against a valid tax invoice from a licensed brokerage. Special-property commissions must be agreed before introduction.
