Additional Amenities Replenishment

The apartment is prepared with a one-time welcome setup of amenities. Additional items such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tissue rolls, tea and sugar sachets, hand soap, kitchen cleaning liquid, and laundry detergent can be arranged upon request for AED 80 per delivery.

House Guidelines

To maintain a comfortable and pleasant stay for all residents and guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.)

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If smoking occurs inside the property, a cleaning and deodorizing fee of AED 1,000 will apply.

• Community Respect: This is a peaceful residential community. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

• Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment unless approved in advance, in accordance with local regulations.

• Pets: Pets may be considered only with prior written approval before arrival.

• Balcony Door: Please keep the balcony door closed when the AC is running to maintain optimal cooling and prevent water leakage.

• Garbage Disposal: Please use the designated garbage chute/bin in the building.

• Keys & Access Cards: For security and replacement purposes, the following fees apply if lost: • Access Card: AED 500 per card • Key: AED 200 per key

• Check-out: Before departure, kindly leave all keys and access cards on the kitchen counter and share a quick photo with us.

• Local Regulations: All guests are required to comply with UAE laws and community regulations.
